Quorum Software has acquired Streamba, an artificial intelligence-native supply chain platform designed for the energy sector.
The Houston-based software company did not disclose financial terms for the transaction.
The deal represents Quorum's latest move to consolidate its technology stack across the energy value chain. By integrating Streamba's capabilities, Quorum aims to offer operators a unified platform connecting upstream production, midstream logistics, measurement systems, supervisory control and data acquisition infrastructure, and supply chain management through a single artificial intelligence layer.
Energy companies have increasingly sought to streamline fragmented workflows across planning, execution and back-office functions. The combination allows Quorum to deliver real-time orchestration and decision-making tools across traditionally siloed operations, addressing a persistent pain point for operators managing complex assets across multiple geographies.
Streamba's focus on supply chain optimization through machine learning algorithms complements Quorum's existing software offerings. The platform specializes in automating procurement and logistics workflows, which historically have relied on manual processes and legacy systems within energy operations.
The acquisition underscores broader industry trends toward digital transformation and artificial intelligence adoption in energy markets. Software providers face mounting pressure to offer integrated solutions rather than point products, as operators seek to reduce operational costs and improve asset performance through data-driven insights.
