Access: A paid subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to all subscriber content on DealFlow Energy.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually at $49/year. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds.
Account sharing: Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is not permitted and may result in account termination without refund.
3. Intellectual property
All content published on DealFlow Energy — including articles, deal data, analysis, and database content — is the intellectual property of DealFlow Energy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written permission.
Excerpts of up to 50 words may be quoted for editorial purposes with clear attribution and a link to the original source.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
DealFlow Energy provides content on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Deal valuations and transaction details are sourced from public announcements and may not reflect final transaction terms.
