Valveworks USA Acquires Houston Oilfield Equipment

Valveworks USA has acquired Houston Oilfield Equipment, expanding its choke division and strengthening its position in pressure control equipment for the oil and gas industry.

The transaction combines Houston Oilfield Equipment with Valveworks USA and Lancaster Chokes under the company's choke division platform. The acquisition became effective May 1.

Houston Oilfield Equipment makes equipment used in upstream oilfield operations, while Valveworks USA supplies valves and related products for energy applications. The deal is intended to broaden manufacturing and servicing capabilities across the combined platform.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
