Holtec International Acquires Palisades Nuclear Plant

Entergy completed the sale of the subsidiary that owns the Palisades Power Plant to Holtec International. The transaction will also transfer ownership of the decommissioned Big Rock Point site in Charlevoix, Michigan from Entergy to Holtec.

Vistra Corp. Acquires Energy Harbor

Vistra Corp completed its $3.4 billion acquisition of Energy Harbor in March 2024, forming Vistra Vision.
